We negotiated deals with our suppliers to allow us to provide free shipping for most of our customers worldwide. The only time we might have a small shipping charge is on certain promotional and sale items, and in this rare case it will usually only be a few dollars at the most.
In return for free shipping all we ask is that you be a little bit patient in waiting for your order to arrive as shipping times can vary worldwide. We aim to ship to most customers worldwide, however there are rare occasions where some regions are excluded by our shipping company. If we are unable to send your items to your location, one of our customer representatives will contact you directly.

Australia & New Zealand: 10 to 16 working days
Europe: 14 to 21 working days
Rest of the world: 15 to 27 working days
Our policy lasts 30 days to allow plenty of time for your order to be shipped to you, wherever you are in the world. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the warehouse it was shipped from.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
In order to request a refund please email email@example.com with the details of your order and any supporting documentation such as photos of faulty goods. We will provide you with further instructions on where to send the returns if applicable. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We will only refund sale items for the price purchased.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will give you detailed instructions if your request is approved.
